| Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a clinical common malignant syndrome. Its morbidity and case fatality rate are both high, even either is mild case, and it is hard to get effective treatment. CHF has been key issue in clinical research; therefore, it is significant to study in preventing and giving effective treatment to CHF to maintain human being's health.Jianxinli Oral Liquid can tonify Yi and Yang, move blood and drainage dampness, based on my tutor Shao Nianfang decades years rich clinical practice. It was listed as key scientific research program by Henan Chinese Medicine Bureau in 2000. Clinical observation, pesticide effect study and rapid toxicity test had been conducted in the past two years. Clinical Observation: It was conducted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Chinese Medicine University, Huanghe Central Hospital of Zhengzhou and the Hospital of Henan Chinese Medicine University. 300 cases of CHF divided into two groups: 200 cases of trial group and 100 cases of comparison group were observed. Study show: Jianxinli Oral Liquid can remarkably relieve patient's symptom of CHF (agreed with pattern of Heart Qi and Heart Yang deficiency, Blood stasis and dampness), improve heart function and decrease dosage of cardiac stimulant and diureses, and therefore avoid its secondary effect, enhance patients living quality and reduce recurrence rate of hospitalization. Cure rate is 18.5%, apparent effective rate is 34.5% and total effective rate is 96% which above are refer to Chinese syndrome of trial group, while clinical cure rate is 14.5%, apparent effective rate is 34.5% and total effective rate is 92% in term of CHF. All above mentioned excel those of comparison group. Every data in test are improved including heart function of heart contract function and heart diastole function, hemorrheology, IgG, IgM and C3. These shows Jianxinli Oral Liquid can strength heart contract function and heart diastole function, improved micro-circulation and liquid immune function. Improving diastole function may connected with restraining over-activation of RAAS, reducing blood density and improving micro-circulation and so on indirectly. Similarity among three hospitals indicates reliable effect of Jianxinli Oral Liquid. No side effect happens.Pesticide effect study shows: 50 rabbits was tested and decided into Sgroups randomly, there was 10 rabbits in every groups. The toxicity of Adriamycin mainly results in myocardial damage and cuts down myocardial contractive power, therefore it leads to cardiac insufficiency. Basing on the principle, I made an animal model of contractive cardiac insufficiency of myocadial degeneration by intravenous injection, to explore the curativeeffect and principle of Jianxinli oral liquids in treating cardiac insufficiency. The experimental result showed: LVPWs data: There are marked differences between three groups (normal blank group, model treatment group of high dosage and model treatment group of low dosage) and model blank group(p<0.01). There is not remarkable difference between model treatment control group and normal blank group (p<0.01). CO data: There is notable difference between model blank group and treatment group (p<0.01). There is extremely marked difference between model treatment group of low dosage and model blank group (p<0.01). EF data: There are notable differences between model blank group and the other groups (p<0.01). Radiation and immunization test shows that data of atrial nartiuretic factar (ANF) , angiotensin II (Ang II) aldosterone(Ald) was reduced while data of angiotensin I (Ang I) was raised, therefore improve over-activation of neuroendocritic.Acute toxicity test shows that Jianxinli Oral Liquid is safety and not toxic.All study show that Jianxinli Oral Liquid can tonify Qi and Yang, move blood and drainage dampness.
