Since Roentgen discovered the X-ray in 1895 and first used it in clinical diagnosis, the development of medicine has come into a new era. During the past 100 years, the x-ray equipment has gone through the periods of electron tube, integration circuit and computer, and now, it comes into digital network era, in which traditional X-ray equipments are being replaced by CR and DR. As well, the technology of X-ray equipment is getting progresses from power frequency(50Hz) to intermediate frequency(400-20kHz) and high frequency(30kHz). Future development of X-ray equipment is mainly about the following three aspects:1. Improving X-ray image;2. Diminishing X-ray exposure to doctors and patients;3. Automating the operation and diagnosis.The purpose of this research is to design an intelligent control circuit of the rotating anode which automatically adjusts and outputs power parameters and to apply it to all kinds of X-ray tubes.The principles of the design are intellectualization, low power and low cost.Considering single chip computer is used as the control core, the output power is various with the conduction frequency of the inverter.The control circuit is composed of six functional modules:input module, central control module, inverter module, drive module, alarm module and power module. As the control core, the central control module includes 89C51 single chip computer, and is capable of mastering operating conditions of another modules by receiving instructions from them and controlling them by senting instructions, making the system an organic whole.The circuit has been implemented various preliminary simulation tests, signal low frequency drift has been eliminated by signal conduction melioration, shield guard and floating ground tracking techniques. Later experiments and tests have proved that this circuit is safe and reliable.The rotating anode control circuit employing power inverter control and single-chip-microcomputer management not only calls the parameters of X-ray tube,but also realizes communication with main parts of x-ray machine,better controlling the output.
