The plasma surgery equipment output a high frequency AC voltage to ionize saline and produce plasma.Those plasma has strong activity and radio frequency heat,can achieve various surgery functions like cutting,ablation and coagulation.The plasma surgery system is very effective for minimal invasive surgery,with such advantages as simple in operation,low operating temperature,small incision,speedy recovery,high curative rate.The minimal invasive surgery widely adopted with the rapid medical development in recent decades.And lead to an increasing demand for plasma surgery equipment.Current plasma surgery equipment is great volume,little function,inconvenient for doctors to operate.We are working on developing a multi-function plasma surgery equipment with small volume.The adjustable square-wave signal can ionize different plasma.Those plasma acting on different cells will lead to various operation functions.Setting an adjustable amplitude voltage according to the position.The different surgical mode is usually set by different frequency square signal.In addition,continuous and discontinuous AC voltage can bring different surgery effect.Above all,we design a multi-waveform DC-AC converter with switching power supply technology,and work as a plasma surgery equipment.The design of a high frequency inverters often involves transformer.According to the characteristics of transformer,the coil turns need to match the frequency of inverter.So a inverter usually output a fixed frequency signal.In other words,multiple output waveform need several inverter circuit,it will result in bigger volume and larger cost.owing to the proportional relationship between coil turns and voltage-second product,we can adjust the duty cycle of inverter driving signal by switching frequency and output voltage to match transformer.Using the programmable logic device instead of specialized analog IC to make the control more accurate,sensitive and flexible.In this way,the plasma surgery equipment can output various square-wave with signal DC-AC inverse circuit.We develop a multi-waveform plasma surgery equipment based on the biological effects of plasma and the technology of switching power supply.And get the following result:(1)This system provide a 100 KHz or 310 KHz square-wave signal intermittently or continuously,operating with different scalpels head to various surgical functions.(2)The output voltage can be adjusted in 8V ~ 148 V.Adjusting the voltage amplitude adapt to different tissues.(3)With short circuit protection to ensure the safety of the operation.(4)Improving the system output power on the basis of stability.
