Objective:To detect the expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Ki-67 in ovarian granulosa cell tumour. And to explore the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the development of ovarian granulosa cell tumour and the relationship between them.To explore the role of Bcl-2 and Bax in the development of ovarian granulosa cell tumour, and to study the relationship between the expression of them and the bionomics of ovarian granulosa cell tumour.Besides,we try to study the relationship between the expression of them and tumour's histological classification, clinical stage and histological grouping. We try to explore the value of them in predicting the prognosis of ovarian GCT.Methods:43 cases of the ovarian granulosa cell tumour and 24 cases of normal ovary were detected on Tissue Microarries, the expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Ki-67 was measured with Immunohistchemistry. The results were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 statistical software.Results:①In the normal ovary, every index only express in granulosa cells of primary follicles and secondary follicles, but has no expression in the primitive and mature follicles. The ratios of hypo-expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Ki-67 between the primary follicles and the secondary follicles has no significant difference(P>0.05).②The expression of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 between the normal ovary and the ovarian granulosa cell tumour has significant difference(P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 in ovarian granulosa cell tumour was lower than in the normal ovary. The expression of Ki-67 in ovarian granulosa cell tumour was higher than in the normal ovary. The expression of Bax between the normal ovary and the ovarian granulosa cell tumour has no significant difference(P>0.05).③The expression of Bcl-2 in histological grouping has significant difference(P< 0.05) in ovarian granulosa cell tumour. The expression of Bcl-2 in follicle-type was higher than in nor follicle-type.④The expression of Bcl-2 was positively irrcorrelated with Bax (r=-0.108,P=0.492>0.05).⑤The expression of Ki-67 has significant difference(P<0.05) tumour's differentiation, clinical stage and histological grouping of ovarian granulosa cell tumourConcluionS:①Detection of the expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Ki-67 can determine the biological behavior of ovarian GCT and help us to know the development of the tumour.②The expression of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 is concerned with the development of ovarian GCT.③histological grouping can be used as a referred factor to evaluate the prognosis of ovarian GCT.④The restrained apoptosis of granulosa cell and the hyperplasia of granulosa cell is concerned with the development of ovarian GCT.
