Effect Of Huang Qi Jiang Tang Fang On Experimental In Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Rats

Objective: To observe the effect and discuss the mechanism of therapeutic of Huang Qi jiang tang fang that treat the model of T2DM buy using STZ induced diabetic rats. The observation content include that fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC), triglyeride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), hemoglobin-A1c (HbAlc) Ins level in serum (insulin,Ins).etc.Methods: To remain ten male rats of wistar regard as normal control group . the rest rats though feeding high-energy forage 2 months and by intraperitioneal injection small-dose STZ making the rats'model of T2DM. after detecting FBG ,According to blood glucose, the rats of T2DM model were divided into four groups, they are the model group, Shen Qi jiang tang ke li treat positive control group,Metformin Hydrochloride treat positive control group, Huang Qi jiang tang fang high dose group, Huang Qi jiang tang fang middle dose group, Huang Qi jiang tang fang low dose group. Each of ten.The drug treatment group were pretreated intragastrically with 15.10.5tiems. Experiment period was four weeks.The changes of the levels of blood glucose, hemoglobin-A1c, insulin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, High density lipoprotein, Low density lipoprotein and the pathology of pancreas,they were observed to study the mechanism and the effect on reducing blood glucose and preventing the pancreas of Huang Qi jiang tang fang.ResultsEmpirical study of Huang Qi jiang tang fang on the Diabetes Of all the subjects, 11 rats were removed because their glucose levels don't mach the standar of model rats. 2 of 70 rats were dead due to the overhigh glucose level during the modeling. 59 rats survived to the end of the experiment and divided into Nornal group with 7rats, Model control group with 10 rats,Metformin group with 9 rats, Ginseng and Asreagalus hypoglycemic particle group with 10 rats, and low, medium and high dose of HypoglycemicⅠgroup with 7,9,7rats respectively sum up to 23 rats.1,Blood glucose and hemoglobin-A1c : four weeks after the model group and the treatment group than normal blood glucose was significantly increased(P<0.05); the blood glucose treatment group compared with the model group was significantly decreased(P<0.05); the Huang Qi jiang tang fang treatment group is the best effect(P<0.05). which can decrease the HbAlc of model rats2,blood fat: Comparing with the model group, TC, TG , LDL of the treatment group are decreased significantly in serum .(P<0.05).3,Insulin,Histopathological of pancreas: Huang Qi jiang tang fang could increase the Ins level in serum and decrease the content of HbAlc in serum protect the pancreas function of T2DM model rats. Compared with the rats of model group, the isletβ-cell number in medicine-given groups'rats were increased whose morpha were relatively regular, structure relatively normal, nucleolus relatively clearer and cells arrangement regular. Compared with the rats of model group, the isletβ-cell number in HypoglycemicⅠgroup's rats were increased significantly whose cells distribution regular, necleolus clear, cells arrangement regular, nuclear size basically equality.Conclusions:Huang Qi jiang tang fang has significant effect of decreasing the level of bloodsugar and bloodfat in serum by using STZ induced diabetic rats , improve fat metabolism.and protect the pancreas function of T2DM model rats. promotes pancreatic cells repair.
