| Objective:To observe the effective and safety of Pingtangjiangzhi Fang treating Type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods:To divide 60 patients who were chosen randomly into two groups of treatment group and 30 cases of the control group. Two groups of patients in gender,age,disease and related factors have no significant difference(P>0.05) a n d t h e y a r e c o m p a r a b l e . A l l p a t i e n t s h ave strict diabetes diat ,excise therapy,and take oral hypoglycemic drugs Gliclazide modified release tablets therapy, Controlling blood glucose to the following areas: FPG8.0-10.0 mmol/L and 2hPG10.0-12.0 mmol/ L.All patients must not take any other lipid-lowering drugs before the treatment one month ago. Control group: On the basis of hypoglycemic therapy was added Xuezhikang. Take two Xuezhikang capulses one time,two times a day after breakfast and dinner. Treatment group: On the basis of hypoglycemic therapy was added Pingtangjiangzhi Fang. A decoction daily,take the decoction morning and evening respectively. A course of teatment for two months,three months after assessing efficacy.Results:After treatment, comprehensive therapeutic, symptom scores, blood glucose and lipid parameters in comparison with the group before treatment were significantly improved (p<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusions:Clinical research suggests that Pingtangjiangzhi Fang will not only improve clinical symptoms,signs in diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia and can also lower blood glucose, blood lipids, but also to improve the abnormal blood rheology,and it can completely adjustment diabetic metabolic disorders. and safe, effective and has broad application prospects.
