How to prevent and treat it safely and effectively is the topic of all the patients. The purpose of this clinical study is to explore the pharmacological action and its perspective of shi wei jiang ya tang to lower blood pressure. Methods: Sixty hypertension patients according to diagnostic standard were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group. There is no significant difference on basic geographies between the two groups. Treatment group(30 case) were treated with shi wei jiang ya tang, three times every day;comparation group (30 case) were treated fu fang luo bu ma tablet, three times every day and two pills each time. They are both diagnosed hypertension, include to the type of the deficiency of Yin and excess of heat. All subjects stop taking medicine affecting blood pressure during the observed period. Common examination was taken before and after treatment respectively and all patients' vital signs and blood pressure were recorded during treatment.Results1 Comparison of changes of blood pressure between the two groups:Systolic blood pressure and dystolic blood pressure were both lower than that before treatment on the treatment group(P<0.01). There is significant difference between before treatment and after treatment on systolic blood pressure in comparation group(P<0.05). And there is not significant difference between before treatment and after treatment on dystolic in comparison group( P<0.05).The variation of systoic blood pressure is significantly after treatment between the treatment group and the comparison group(P<0.01).The variation of dystolic blood pressure is significantly after treatment between the treatment group and the comparison group(P<0.05). Additionaly , shi wei jiang ya tang had continuous and stable effect on lowering BP in the treatment group and was more effective than the fu fang luo bu ma tablet in control group.2 Comparison of the effect on lowering blood pressure between the two groups: The significant effective rate is 60.00%, and the total effective rate is 90.00% in the treatment group. The significant effective rate is 16.67%, and the total effective rate is 66.67% in the comparison group. There is significant difference of the total effective rate between the treatment group and comparison group(P<0.01). It indicated the effect on lowering blood pressure in the treatment group than that in the comparison group. 3 Comparison of the clinical effect between the two groups: The significant effective rate of the clinical effect is 53.33% and the total effective rate of the clinical effect is 93.33% in the treatment group. The significant effective rate of the clinical effect is 20.00% and the total effective rate of the clinical effect is 70.00%. There is significant difference of the total effective rate between the treatment group and comparison group (P<0.01).4 The effect on different grades of hypertension in the two groups:4.1 In the treatment group: the significant effective rate is 100% in the seven patients with grade 1 hypertension. The significant effective is 52.94% in the seventeen patients with grade 2 hypertension. The significant effective rate is 33.33% in the six patients with grade 3 hypertension.4.2 In the comparison group: The significant effetive rate is 66.67% in six patients with grade 1 hypertension. The significant effective rate is 6.25% in sixteen patients with grade 2 hypertension. The significant effective rate is 12.5% in the eight patients with grade 3 hypertension. There is significant difference in the significant effective rate of grade 2 between the treatment group and the comparison group(P<0.01), which indicat that the theraputic effect in the treatment group of grade 2 than that in comparison group.5 Comparison of blood lipid and blood glucose before and after treatment according to different groups: T... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | hypertension, deficiency of Yin and excess of heat, shi wei jiang ya tang, blood Lipid, blood glucose, hemorheology, endothelin | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
