An Inquiry Into Ethic Training For Medical College Students

As the medical models changed from biological medical models to medical models of biology---psychology----society. Under the condition of market economy, in which values and interpersonal relationships have became greatly different, people pay more attention to living quality, and medical disputes appear more frequently, then the relationship between the doctors and the patients become tenser. All these led the people to have higher ethic request for the medical practitioners. Medical college students as medical practitioners, their ethic training draws more attentions. It is necessary to keep the pace with the time, to match up the development of ethic training in colleges, to enrich and improve theories about ethic training, for educating medical graduates with high social responsibilities, and preparing medical backup talents with high ethic qualities.This research based on the actualities of ethic training of medical college students andthe existing problems, found out the solutions of improving ethic training for medical college students.This paper contains threes parts:The first part introduces the theories relating to the ethic training for medical colleges students. This part discuss about the meaning of ethic, the meaning of occupational ethic, definition concerning ethic training for the medical colleges, basic demands of modern medical ethic., the theory of ethic training for the medical colleges and the realistic significance.The second part concerns the actuality of ethic education for medical college students. This part analyzes the results and existing condition of ethic training for medical college students. In addition the author analyzes the reasons of the shortage of ethic training for medical colleges.In the third part, it is suggested that measures of ethic training for medical colleges should be strengthened. This part advances the methods and suggestions of enhancing ethic training for medical colleges from the aspects of improving training methods, widening teaching materials, creating training systems, researching evaluating methods.
