Syndrome Research Of County Community Prehypertension Patients-Pre-Investigation Of Clinical Epidemiology

Objective: Pre-Investigation on the distribution of prehypertension symptoms and related factors were carried out by use of cross-sectional survey method in small samples, and to explore the distribution characteristic and regulations of Liver Kang Sheng Case and Yinxuyangkang Case to determine and norm the related differentiation of symptoms and sign factors for further investigation and to provide study groups a basis for the extraction of prehypertensive symptoms and syndromes dialectical elements. Methods: In Pinyuan County of Shandong Province screen out 194 cases the age more than 18 years old people of organs and institutions of prehypertention, through a standard form of questionnaire survey to collect baseline information such as age, sex, weight, heart rate, etc, existed risk elements information and quantitative data classification syndrome: According to "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles", established standard sub-type; diagnosis of Kidney Deficiency, the diagnosis can not be established from non-kidney deficiency syndrome; based China Institute of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, "Chinese medicine reference Deficiency Syndrome" will be divided into Kidney Yin Deficiency Kidney Deficiency certification and Kidney-Yang Deficiency.Results: (1) prehypertensive patients permit the emergence of a higher frequency syndrome factors: the"irascibility","tongue", "amnesia""dizziness", "Night and more frequent""xerostomia"(more than 30%); hypertensive patients permit the emergence of frequency syndrome factors:"irascibility", "amnesia"(more than 50%) ;"xerostomia","dizziness", "Night and more frequent", "blur vision"(more than 40%) ; (2) the commom syndromes in 127 prehypertensive patients are Liver Kang Sheng Case, about 51%, (3) Clinical baseline data: between the two groups, age, body mass index(BMI),waist hip rate(WHR),waist,smoking cases,drinking cases are of singnificant difference(P<0.05); sex and drinking are nosingnificant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: (1)combined with characteristics of hypertension disease, liver syndrome could be the basic syndromes: the"irascibility,""tongue""amnesia""dizziness""Night and more frequent""xerostomia"could be evidence in prehypertensive syndrome dialectical elements.(2) combined with the distribution of the prehypertension standard sub-types, TCM syndromes of liver system cuold be the basic syndromes.(3) Age, body mass index(BMI),waist hip rate(WHR),waist,smoking cases,drinking cases are the affects can improve the blood pressure. Prehypertension may the stage that become to the hypertension.
