Yiqi Huoxue Phlegm Method Of PCI Postoperative Clinical Observation On Unatable Angina

Objective: Through YiQi HuoXue phlegm method,Clinical observation on the effect of qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction unstable angina after PCI.Investigating Yi Qi Huo Xue phlegm method how to protect from unstable angina after PCI recurrence of angina.Methods: Selection of 51 patients with unstable angina undergoing elective PCI surgery in hospitalized patients,accord with qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome type,Observed during the exit cases,3 cases of treatment group 1 cases,control group 2 cases,a total of 48 patients with final test.Order according to the patients admitted to hospital,USES the random number table method,random grouping,the experimental group 25 cases,23 cases of control group.Two groups of patients undergoing PCI based treatment for secondary prevention of coronary artery disease,In addition,the treatment group plus for Yi Qi Huo Xue phlegm,including Astragalus,codonopsis,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,scallions,fructus white skin.Water a blunt object granular,one dose a day,two groups of patients were observed a period of treatment,four weeks for a period of treatment.Changes were recorded before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral,electrocardiogram changes,angina frequency and duration,degree of pain,blood lipid level and quality of life.Results: In the aspect of TCM symptoms total integral,there exists significant difference in treatment group compared with control group(P < 0.05),That the treatment group can obviously improve TCM symptoms integral.In chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations restless,less gas lazy words,tired body fatigue,chest often new frowsty,body trapped single TCM symptoms aspects,such as heavy curative effect rate of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05);In improving the electrocardiogram changes,treatment group effective rate was 84.00%,and the effective rate of 65.22% in the control group,two groups exist obvious difference(P < 0.05);Through record the change of the two groups of patients with angina pectoris integral, the treatment group than the control group can better reduce time of angina pectoris attack,attack frequency,the dosage of nitroglycerin and alleviate pain(P < 0.05);The treatment group than the control group can better reduce TC,LDL-C,higher HDL-C(P<0.05).From Seattle angina questionnaire,patients in treatment group is better than the control group of patients' quality of life.Conclusion:1..Yi Qi Huo Xue phlegm method can improve the deficiency of blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction of PCI surgery in patients with unstable angina syndromes,than simply use western medicine group and the effect is much better.2.Method of Yi Qi Huo Xue clear phlegm qi deficiency blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction PCI surgery in patients with unstable angina,can reduce time of angina pectoris attack,attack frequency,the dosage of nitroglycerin and relieve pain.3.Method of Yi Qi Huo Xue clear phlegm qi deficiency blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction PCI surgery in patients with unstable angina,can improve the electrocardiogram changes.4.Method of Yi Qi Huo Xue clear phlegm qi deficiency blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction PCI surgery in patients with unstable angina,more effectively reduce TC,LDL-C,increase HDL-C.5.Method of Yi Qi Huo Xue clear phlegm qi deficiency blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction PCI surgery in patients with unstable angina,can improve the quality of individual life.
