Purpose:the aiming is to evaluate the internal consistency, criterion validity,empirical validity,the test-retest and inter-rater reliability of dynamic balance instrument and discuss the influence of the balance capacity of the individual characteristics,using Biodex Balance System to test repeatedly the balance function of normal people and comparing it with Eye-closed and single-legged standing,mi zi testing and the Functional Reach.Methods:subjects is composed of doctors, therapists, nurses, trainees, workers, civil servantsand the patient's families in Xuhui Central Hospital,there are 60 subjects in the trial,the average age is 38.2 + 12.2 years old. Two subjects Paired off a group are randomly tested by two raters, test contents include Biodex Balance System (eyes open SOT test of rank 7, eyes closed SOT test of rank 7, LOS testing of rank 7), Eye-closed and single-legged standing,mi zi testing and the Functional Reach.After 3-5 days, the same two testers test repeatedly subjects, the test contents and test sequence are not unchanged. Using SPSS17.0 is to analyze the data.Using partial correlation analysis is to analyse influence of the balance capacity of height, weight, age, gender, BMI;Using Pearson correlation analysis is to analyse interrater rebiality of BBS .Using Pearson correlation analysis is to analyse re-tester rebiality of BBS.Using Pearson correlation analysis is to analyse criterion validity of BBS by analyzing the first BBS data, Eye-closed and single-legged standing,mi zi test and the Functional Reach.Using Reliability Analysis of Scale is to analyse the internal consistency.Using One-Way ANOVA is to analyse empirical validity.Results: Age, BMI and viosion have significant effect on the balance capacity , sexes height and weight has no significant effect on the balance capacity basically.Re-rest correlation of eyes colosed SOT parameters is medium correlation.Correlation of LOST is high correlation,DC correlation is medium correlation.Interrater correlation of eyes open SOT have no correlation basically, correlation of SOT is medium correlation; LOST correlation is basically minuent Correlation,DC correlation is medium correlation.the internal consistency of eyes open SOT and eyes closed SOT and LOS is repectively good ,the consistency of eyes open SI and eyes closed SI and LOST is bad. Correlation of BBS data and Eye-closed and single-legged standing is basically minuent correlation.;BBS data and the Functional Reach have no correlation, eyes open SOT and mi zi testing have low correlation,eyes closed SOT,LOS and mi zi testing have no correlation.Conclusion: 1.Age, BMI is bigger,the balance capacity is better.there is better balance capacity eyes open than eyes closed,gender, height and weight has no significant effect on the balance capacity .2.BBS have good re-rest rebiality and interrater rebiality. 3.BBS have good internal consistency,but the internal consistency of eyes open SI,eyes closed SI and DC is bad,it may is because eyes open rank 7 SOT testing is not adaptive to normal person.4.BBS data and Eye-closed and single-legged standing is basically minuent correlation.; eyes open SOT and mi zi testing have low correlation,eyes BBS data and the Functional Reach have no correlation, criterion validity of BBS should be improved.5.BBS has preferable rebiality and validity.
