Study On The Mode Of Community Health Information System Integration In The City Of Wuhan

The development of medical services in china must go with prevalence and application of the medical and health information systems. In order to establish the medical and health system with Chinese characteristics, realize the aim of offering basic medical and health services to everybody and improve the health of all people, The CPC Central Committee and State Council Promulgated"Advice for deepen the reform on the medical and health"in March, 2009. The advice point out that it is necessary to establish the medical and health information systems and public service information platform for health information sharing. But, in fact, the information systems in different department are different each other,, which lead to"Information isolated island"and impede the integration of community health service management systems in a region and real-time sharing of health information. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to integrate the different community health service management system.[Purpose] The purpose of this research is setting up a mode of community health information system integration in the city of Wuhan. The mode includes a data center, a database, a platform and a website. The data center link to all the community health information system in the city and help them to share the data with each other. The database stores all the data from different information system. The platform provides a exchange platform to the different Community health services. The website can be used to publish the health information and communicate with the public.[Method] The research methods used in this paper are mainly the literature survey, expert consultation, questionnaire survey. Through the literature at home and abroad understand the current status of health information technology development and system integration modeling methods, in order to lay the theoretical foundation for this project; Through the questionnaire survey to understand the current community health status and demand information in Wuhan; Expert consultation give the professional guidance and authority recommendations to the operation of this systems.[Results] Through questionnaire surveys and expert advice, we obtained the results as follows: (1)The level of health informatinization of the community in Wuhan is at a low degree, a narrow scope of business, and exists many isolated islands of information;(2) The percentage of the choosing to the"important"option of the advance of Wuhan community health information system is 88%;(3) The percentage of the option"The community health information systems need to integrate"is 78%.[Conclusion] Through questionnaire surveys and the results of expert advice, combined with Wuhan City Community Health Service Development, and based on the objectives and principles of the construction of the system, we made the design to the business functions and the structure model, and finally we built the integrated system of community health service mode.
