The Development Of Gynecological Malignant Tumors Patients' Psychological Problems Rating Scale And Its Norm

Objective:This study aims to develop a concise, easily operated, nursing field dedicated gynecological malignant tumors patients'psychological problems rating scale and its regional norm; by analyzing the patients'psychological characteristic and related factors, to provide a specific tool for the clinical nursing staff to recognize and intervene in the gynecological cancer patients'psychological problems.Methods:In psychometric guidance, we used gynecological malignant patients who hospitalized as the research objects, by literature review, Delphi method, nurse-patient interviews and two-clinical testing, formate the gynecological malignant tumors patients'psychological problems rating scale; then according to use the scale to assess the patients'psychological problems,statistics analysis, test the reliability and validity of it, and according to the evaluation results we tried to formulate the scale regional norms.Results:(1)This study developed gynecological malignant tumors patients'psyc- hological problems rating scale which was composed of 6 domains including depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, anger, sex and lonely,36 items. And this scale has good reliability and validity which was confirmed by Delphi method, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity inspection. (2)The results showed that the patients'psychological problems was different in age paragraph, income, family care degrees, alexithymia in significantly level,which indicated these factors could influence the patients'mental health status that shoud be taken seriously. (3)According to large sample results we established regional norm of Jinan district, and fumulated cut-off scores of abnormal status which was suitable for clinical application.Conclusion:The scale's language is straightaway,its content is concise,and its reliability and validity is good,it also can provide for clinical medical staff a convenient, operability and identify strong evaluation tool for gynecological malignant tumors patients'nursing assessment and intervention.
