The Establishment Of Psychological Problems Screening Scale For Patients With Malignant Tumor And Related Research

Objective: To develop a simple and easy to operate screening scale for psychological problems of patients with malignant tumors,and to test its reliability and validity;to study the psychological characteristics and related influencing factors of patients with malignant tumors.Methods: The inpatients with malignant tumor were taken as the research objects,and the screening scale of psychological problems of patients with malignant tumor was formed through literature review and interviews with doctors and patients,namely the sunshine scale of Shengjing Hospital.The inpatients with malignant tumor in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were tested by questionnaire,Spss20.0statistical software was used to analyze the data,test the reliability and validity of the scale,and analyze the psychological characteristics and influencing factors of patients.Results: The psychological questionnaire screening scale for patients with malignant tumors prepared in this study.After reliability and validity tests,the Cronbach's ? coefficient was 0.80,the half-coefficient was 0.815,the KMO value of the validity analysis was 0.775,and the Bartlett spheric test sig = 0.000.<0.05,indicating that the scale has good reliability and validity.The incidence of anxiety in patients with malignant tumors was 61%,and the incidence of depression was 7.6%.There are differences in the types,treatments,and genders of cancer-related psychological problems,suggesting that the above factors can affect the psychological state of patients and should be paid attention to.Conclusion: The scale has good reliability and validity.It can provide a reliable,simple and convenient measurement tool for the screening of cancer-related psychological problems and further psychological evaluation and intervention.
