Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined Therapy Treats The Lack Of Fluid In Clinical Studies Of Dry-eye

Dry-eye is a series of discomfort feelings of eyes aroused by unsteady tear film and injury of eye surface,which is because of the abnormity of tear's quantity or quality.The search of epidemic and clinic proved that the incidence of dry-eye is increasing gradually .There have no deficit epidemic outcome of dry-eye in our country.This studyaims to seek valid therapy tracing after summing the evolvement of reach in pathogeny,mechanis,measure ,diagnosis and treatment.Objective To evaluate the validity of treating aqueous tear deficiency dry-ere with traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy.Methods Medical records from Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliate0phthalmic hospital 2009.9-2010.9 patients with aqueous teardeficiency,92 cases by diagnosticcriterion(absence of dry-eye 3 clinical status in china in 2003,according to the recommended zuoguo liu diagnosis standard);Aged 18 to 70 years old ;With other drugs already,but already withdrawal 2 weeks or more;informed consent,satisfies the conditions may was chosen.This experimentis controlled clinical method ,take there groups:runmuling group,Tradition Chinese medicine combined therapy group and Tears naturalâ…¡group.Observe the change of break-up time of tears(BUT),Schirmerâ… test,the cornea fluorescent pigmentation,then make data processingto review the validity of radition Chinese medicine combined therapy group.Result It is proved that there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with Ttadition Chinese medicine combined therapy in BUT, Schirmerâ… test,the cornea fluorescent pigmentation,aspects of subjective syndromes.And there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with Runmulingin BUT, Schirmerâ… test .But not in the cornea fluorescent pigmentation.And there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with Tears naturalâ…¡group in BUT, the cornea fluorescent pigmentation. But not in Schirmerâ… test.Subjective symptoms of burning is not statistically significsnt,other symptons are ststistically significant.Contraposing withRunmuling andTears naturalâ…¡, Ttadition Chinese medicine combined therapy is better than those two drugs in improving the subjective syndromes.Conclusion Treating dry-eye with Ttadition Chinese medicine combined therapy is valid to not only objective but subjective symptoms.
