The Study On The "Gou Teng Si Wu Tang" Treating Level 1,2 Elderly Hypertension

Objective: to observe both the safety and efficacy and discusses its pathological mechanism for Gou teng si wu tang treatments for gan shen yin xu and gan yang shang kang syndrome hypertension. Methods: compling with primary hypertension liver-kidney Yin deficiency, liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome patients 70 cases, were randomly divided into two groups random: 35 cases take gou teng si wu tang and shi hui tablet .35 cases take Shi hui tablet for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, observation, TCM symptoms, Tongue, pulse condition. Blood fat and blood glucose, blood pressure, 24h dynamic pressure(Blood pressure mean, Pulse pressure differential, blood pressure variation rate, blood pressure load, blood pressure humorous ratio and Nighttime blood pressure drop rate) and General medical examination project, blood and urine, defecate routine, the heart, liver, kidney inspection etc. Keeping detailed recorde aderse eents and duration, frequency, clinical treatment measures and their relationship with the test drug evaluation, etc. Results: Treatment group was better than control group in antihypertension. It could improve syndrome, correct metabolic disorder and lower blood viscosity. There was no change in liver and kidney function and three routin tests.Conclusions:Gou teng si wu tang can care gan shen yin xu,gan yang shang kang xing hypertension; Treatment group can better improve the clinical symptoms such as dizziness, headaches;can adjust pulse pressure differential, blood pressure variation rate, blood pressure load, and dangerous factors, No adverse...
