A Study On The Construction Of Health Education Estimation Index System Of Military Hospital To Officers And Soldiers

Health education can encourage people to voluntarily change the adverse health behaviors and impact related factors that affect health behaviors, eliminate or reduce the risk factors that affecting health prevent disease and promote health. With wide coverage and involving many fields, it is difficult for health education to have a unified evaluation criterion. Hospital health education is an important part of national health education, which is not only a treatment factor, but also reduces health care costs and is an effective way to improve the utilization of medical facilities. It is an important responsibility for all levels of medical institutions and is also an important criterion for the change of medical model and direction of hospital services. Military hospital health education is good for itself to adapt the social development, improve the effectiveness of military health resources and health care quality, promote physical and mental health of the army, improve the overall health level, to promote spiritual civilization troops, and enhance combat effectiveness and other aspects of significance.In this study, based on the review of the related documents, analyzed the related documents on the estimation of health education and summarized existed health education evaluation indicators and appropriate health project evaluation indicators, which provided a theoretical basis for the health education evaluation index. And then a health literacy questionnaire on a sample survey troops was carried out to master the health literacy status of the troops under the model of whole process and whole position service support of military hospitals to the military. After one pre-consultation and two rounds of experts'consultation, all levels of evaluation index system and evaluation standard was determined. Through analytic hierarchy process, the related quotieties of index at all levels have been determined. It is proposed to create a set of estimation index system which, with its high credibility and effectiveness, can be applicable for the health education of military hospital to officers and soldiers, enhance the physical and mental health of the army, and improve the overall health of troopsTotally there are five Parts involved in this study:In the first part, the theoretic study on the related concepts of health education and the evaluation system of hospital to the army has been made. Through comparison, the related concepts such as health education,development of health education and development of health education evaluation was analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for the health education evaluation index.In the second part, the health literacy questionnaire on a sample survey troops was carried out. After a systematic and diverse health education of the military hospital to the army, the health literacy questionnaire on 800 soldiers was carried out. Through this survey it was found that the basic skills of literacy was the highest proportion, followed by the basic knowledge and concepts and the lowest was healthy lifestyle in different gender, status, education level and age. At the same time compared with the existing literature, the health literacy of soldiers was higher than the proportion of Chinese residents and the existing proportion of new armies. This survey provided a factual basis for the health education evaluation index which is the characteristics of the army should be reflected when determine the evaluation indicators, such as the evaluation of health education way and health education content.In the third part, the construction of health education estimation index system of military hospital to officers and soldiers has been constructed. On the basis of document review and questionnaire, after one pre-consultation, initial health education evaluation of the military hospital to officers and soldiers was formed. After two rounds of experts consultation, we have determined all levels of evaluation index system and evaluation standard. The evaluation index system included four first level indicators, twelve second level indicators and forty-six third level indicators; forty-six third level indicators'evaluation criteria.In the forth part, the ratio of index in this system has been determined. Through analytic hierarchy process, the ratios of index at all levels have been calculated and then the related quotieties have been determined.Discussion is involved in the fifth part. The credibility and effectiveness of the estimation index system, the difficulties and notation of this study, and further development and research have been discussed in this part.There are three innovations in this research: Firstly, evaluation of health education have been categorized; Secondly, the health literacy questionnaire on a sample survey troops was carried out and the effect of health education was mastered; Thirdly, it provides a reference to the actual evaluation of education, that is four first level indicators, twelve second level indicators, forty-six third level indicators and forty-six third level indicators'evaluation criteria with the ratios of index at all levels.
