Objective:Explore the condition of anxiety on patients with irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS) to provide evidences for available treat it and prevent the disease recur. Methods:The experimental group was comprise of 160 patients with D-IBS, who fulfilled the exclusion and internalize standard from January 2009 to December 2010 in digest division of our hospital, the control group was comprise of 160 healthy people with the same exclusion and internalize standard. Investigate their general state of health and evaluate them by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), the people with SAS evaluation greater than or Equal to 50 score were considered in the station of anxiety, statistical analysis SAS score and the station of complicating anxiety. In addition, the patients with D-IBS were divided anxiety type group, SAS score≥50, and non-anxiety type group, SAS score< 50, subsequently, statistical analysis all investigate index each group. Results:The SAS score, anxiety incidence rate of D-IBS group is higher than control group and the difference were significance (P<0.05). the difference in age, sex and culture extent were no significance (P>0.05). The most possible risk factor were poor economy, family history with malignant tumor, a long course of disease, obvious subjective symptom and frequent visit on the patients with D-IBS complicating anxiety (OR>1, P<0.05). Conclusion:The patients with D-IBS have more chance of anxiety disorder, and poor economy, family history with malignant tumor, a long course of disease, obvious subjective symptom and frequent visit are high risks for anxiety disorder. so these patients with high risk factor should be given proper psychological assessment and psychological treatment to improve turnover of disease, elevate clinical therapeutic efficacy, improve quality of life of patient.
