Objective:Emotional factors play a very important role in the pathogenesis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), the study of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), general information and TCM designate the distribution pattern and the combination of Western medicine anxiety, depression and psychological scale method to explore the IBS-D patients generally, TCM syndrome study characteristics of anxiety, depression and psychological state of the relationship, and provide the basis for Chinese medicine treatment of IBS-D from the emotional.Methods:Met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,200patients with IBS-D patients, fill out the basic information, the general and the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). The resulting data to establish a database for statistical analysis.Results:1,200cases were collected in line, male72cases, female128cases, male to female ratio was1:1.78. TCM spleen deficiency in liver of patients with depression most associated with depression (P <0.O1). 4,200patients without anxiety disorders in81cases,69cases of mild anxiety, moderate anxiety37cases, and severe in13cases. Liver spleen deficiency syndromes in patients with anxiety symptoms, followed by the spleen and stomach evidence, the statistical analysis of liver and spleen and stomach spleen deficiency syndrome and anxiety disorders related (P<0.01).Conclusion:IBS-D patients generally, such as gender, age, education, monthly income, occupation, duration are affecting the patient’s anxiety and depression mental state. Emotional factors in the pathogenesis of IBS-D objective existence, especially liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome patients, emotional factors of this disease specific performance anxiety and depression.
