Objective to analyze the HPV infection situation and subtypes of the patients IniGuangxi Tumor hospital and research the relationship between precancerous lesions of uterine cervix and cervical cancer,to provide evidence about the prevention,control strategy and vaccine of cervical cancer.Methods: analysis 1021 cases of patients with HPV infection situation and its national characteristics of infection in GuangXi tumor hospital from June2010 to June 2016,and divided the patients into the cervical lesion/cervical cytology of normal cervical,CINII-III and cervical cancer group.Results 1.The CINII-III much easily come on among 30 to 49 years old and accounts for 62.16%.The peak prevalence of the HPV infection in cervical cancer subgroup was among 40 and 59 years old and account for 66.32%.The cervical cancer with HPV infection was later by about 10 years than CINII-III at the peak age.2.The HPV positive rate from patients of control group?CINII-III group and cervical cancer group was 0.7%?86.5%?90.5%,and the positive rate of CINII-III group and cervical cancer group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).3.The rate of mixed infection of HPV from 3 group were respectively 11.1%?29.7%?18.0% and,It is apparent that the rate of mixed infection of HPV in CINII-III group and cervical cancer group weresignificantly higher than control group.The double infection was the most common among 3 group.Almost 97 to 99 percent of the patients with HPV infection have the high risk HPV infectionn.4.The rate of HPV infection between Control group and cervical cancer group in different age groups have significant difference(P<0.05),and the young patient in control group had higher infection rate than the other patient,however the result in cervical cancer group was opposite.And,The rate of infection between young patient and the others had no statistically significant between young patient and the others in CINII-III group.5.The most common HPV types in control group were HPV16?58?18?52,and the top 6 HPV types in CINII-III type were HPV16?58?33?52?18,however HPV16?58?33?52?18 were dominant infection types in cervical cancer group.The logistic regression analysis indicates :the OR of HPV16?18?52?58?33 types were respectively 7.127?4.978?13.358?20.701?30.071 in CINII-III,and the infection of HPV16?58?33?52?18 increase the risk of suffering HSIL.The OR of HPV16?18?52?58 types were respectively 7.259?9.901?4.565?2.516 in cervical cancer,and the infection of HPV16?18?52?58 increase the risk of suffering cervical cancer.6.The HPV positive rate of patients from Han ethnic and minority ethnic were 16.7%?27.1% in control group.The HPV positive rate of patients from Han ethnic and minority ethnic were16.7%?27.1% in CINII-III group.The HPV positive rate of patients from Han ethnic and minority ethnic were 16.7%?27.1% in cervical cancer.The result indicates that the HPV infection have no satisfically significant between Han ethnic and minority ethnic in all groups.The 5 most common HPV types of Han ethnic and minority ethnic in CINII-III group are HPV16?58?33?52?18.7.The histopathological types of cervical cancer was related with HPV infection,and the rate of HPV infection and mixed infection in cervical squamous cellcarcinoma group and non squamous cell carcinoma group were respectively91.6%(449/490)?18.7%(84/449)?84.8%(78/92)?14.1%(11/78)?The rate of HPV infection and mixed infection in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group is higher than non squamous cell carcinoma group,besides,there is satisfically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis indicates :the OR of squamous cell carcinoma group is1.966(p=0.042),and it show than HPV infection increases the risk of suffering cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The clinical stage?lymph node metastasis and cell differentiation is not related with single infection and mix infection and there is no statistically difference.Conclusion: 1.The cervical cancer with HPV infection was later by about10 years than CINII-III at the peak age;2.With the increase of cervical lesion level,HPV infection rate was increased;3.Multiple infection of HPV may be involved in the occurrence and development of cervical lesions;4.they were different subtype of HPV infection in different group.HPV16,18,58,33,52 were the main HPV subtype of CINII-III,the infection rate of HPV 18?58 was the hightest subtypes besides HPV16 in cervical cancer.they were no statistically significant in the HPV infection between Han women and minority women.The5 most common HPV types of Han ethnic and minority ethnic in CINII-III group were HPV16?58?33?52?18.HPV16?18?52?58?33 were the most common HPV types of Han ethnic in cervical cancer group,nevertheless,the minority ethnic,s were HPV16?18?58?52?33.The infection rate of HPV52 and 58 type between Han ethnic and minority ethnic in cervical cancer group had no statistically significant.5.Age and pathological types of cervical cancer werehad greater dependence in HPV infection,the old patients of HPV infection were more likely to happen cervical squamous cell carcinomas.
