Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Pain After The External Cleavage And Internal Ligation Operation For Hemorrhoids By Auricular Point Press Therapy

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment on pain after the operation for hemorrhoids. It finds an economical,convenient and efficient method of treatment on pain after the operation for hemorrhoids.Methods:A randomized study was made in 60 patients, the study Group (30 cases) received the treatment of Auricular Point Press Therapy, the control group (30 cases) received the treatment of taking daifen(Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules).Observe the treated effect and the improvement of syndrome accumulated points of the 2 groups.Results:The study group which relieves pain after the operation excels the control group and there was significant difference by statistics test between 2 groups(P<0.05). The study group is preferable to the control group in the initial time to become effective, when pain after the operation needs treatment. The study group is inferior to the control group in the abirritate efficacy.Conclusion:Auricular Point Press Therapy is preferable to taking daifen in consistent relieving pain after operation and initial time to become effective when pain after operation needs treetment.The abirritate efficacy of Auricular Point Press Therapy is inferior to taking daifen. The study group does not appear obvious toxicity and side effect and local dermal anaphylaxis. It therefore is safe and feasible to treat pain after hemorrhoids'operation by Auricular Point Press Therapy.
