ObjectiveThrough observing the three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound features of sonographic to discuss the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of Breast Cancer.Methods101 cases of breast tumour were collected in our hospital from May 2010 to January 2011. at the first, all the patients were scanned by two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound, recording two-dimensional ultrasound image features:size, border, shape, aspect ratio, internal echo, calcificatio-n, posterior echo, blood flow richness, morphological characteristics of blood flow, blood flow velocity and resistance index. After collecting two-dimension al ultrasound of the content, we use one or more mode three-dimensional ultraso-und imaging on the same tumour. In addition to the image information displayed by two-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound is observed coronal mass information, the fine structure of the internal relationship with the surrounding tissue and three-dimensional space, three-dimensional blood flow and other information, and also we use the 4DVIEW software of three-dimensional to measure the mass volume. Finally, doctors separate diagnosed the benign and malignant tumors according to BIRADS standards. All masses were confirmed by pathological exam -ination and all test results have been contrasted with the pathological. The comparison of measurement data rates following x2 test, taking P<0.05 for the statistically significant difference.Results1,The left and right breast in patients with benign and malignant breast mass with no significant statistical difference; The age of onset and diameter with benign and malignant breast mass were significant statisticaly differenc-e.2,The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound for benign and malignant mass were 88.9%,78.6%and83.2%, The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound for benign and malignant mass were 95.6%,87.5% and91.1%.3,The benign and mal ignant breast mass of the three-dimensional ultrasonog-raphy in the tumor border, shape, the aspect ratio, internal echo, calcificati-on, posteriorecho were significanly different. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography image of benign and malignant breast mass were significantly different in the border, shape;the two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography image of benign and malignant breast mass were no significantly different in the the aspect ratio, internal echo, calcificatio-n, posterior echo.4,The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the convergence sign of coronal for benign and malignant mass were 73.3%,91.1% and83.2%, The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the full interface echo for benign and malignant mass were 53.6%,95.6% and72.3%.5,The spot or short-bar shape, the dendrite, the ball-shape,the pene-trational shape, and the irregular shape have significant statistical differ ence between the benign and malignant group. The spot or short-bar shape, the dendrite, the ball-shape of vassel distribution were usually showed in the benign breast tumor; The irregular shape, the penetrational shape of vassel distribution were common in the malignant tumor.6,Three-dimensional volume measurement of breast mass smaller than the two-dimensional and more accurate by the use of semi-automatic tracings volume measurement of 4DVIEW software.Conclusionthree-dimensional ultrasound provides more useful information than the two-dimensional ultrasound, and it has obvious advantages and great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
