| Object iveObserved Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy clinical efficacy frozen shoulder, explored its clinical value and mechanism,to provide a theoretical basis.MethodsWe collected the cases met the inclusion criteria 70 cases, met the inclusion criteria, divided the patients into treatment group and control group randomly 35 cases in each group. Treatment group received Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy. The control group treated with electric acupuncture. Both treatments operated once for two day,6 times as a treatment course. Evaluated the disease in the initial treatment, treatment after one time, a treatment after course and 1 month after the end of treatment course, then records Constant-Murley shoulder points, analyzed the results, compared clinical efficacy of two groups by the total points, efficiency and other data two groups.Results1. According to effective rate, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%(clinical cure rate was 28.57%; Significant curative rate was 37.14%), the total effective rate of the control group was 88.57%(clinical cure rate was 11.43%; Significant curative rate was 25.71%). With the comparison of the effects between the two groups, the rank test showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05), indicating the therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. With regards to the treatment effect, markedly effective rate was statically significant (P<0.05), suggesting the treatment group is superior to the control group. Total effective rate result is insignificant (P<0.05) yet with a high record, suggesting both method can materially improve patients'clinical symptoms effects.2. About the comparison of two groups: the total score after one time and pain was more than before treatment in the treatment group, while the control group was no significant changes, that indicated Fu's subcutaneous needling one time treatment in improving total score, pain score and immediately then control group.According to follow up, the ADL and shoulder joints movements of treatment group was better then that before one treatment course, while the control group was no significant changes. That means Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy had better long duration effects in improving daily life and shoulder joints movements.3. About the comparison of Constant-Murley total score, pain, daily life ability score, shoulder movements, significant differences existed, (P<0.05) that indicated Fu's subcutaneous needling treatment in improving the symptoms, pain and daily life, and shoulder joints movements, the immediate, short duration and long duration effect was better than control group.ConclusionFu's subcutaneous needling for frozen shoulder, through Fu's subcutaneous needling treatment, effect of treatment group was better than the control group, in aspects of pain control, life skills improvement and the shoulder activity scheduling showed significant effect than the control group. |
