Objective:By observing the improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with frozen shoulder treated by multi-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this therapy,in order to provide new ideas for alleviating the symptoms of frozen shoulder and reducing recurrenceMethods:60 patients meeting inclusion criteria from the department of orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling, and the treatment group was treated with multi-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling, and they were treated once every other day. After 7 treatments, the shoulder joint Visual Analog Scale(VAS),various scores(pain, activity of daily living(ADL),range of motion(ROM),manual muscle test(MMT))and total scores of Constant-Murley score(CMS),clinical efficacy and recurrence rate before and after treatment were compared and analyzedResults:1.Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased and the various scores and the total scores of CMS of the two groups increased. And all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After treatment, the VAS scores and recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and were higher than those in the control group in terms of ADL,ROM,pain, total score of CMS,and clinical efficacy, and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);On the MMT score, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Both multi-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling and single-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling have positive effects on the treatment of frozen shoulder.2.Multi-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling is more effective than single-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling in improving the activity of daily living, range of motion and pain of patients with frozen shoulder. And multi-point Fu's Subcutaneous Needling can reduce a certain recurrence rate.
