Clinical Effect Of Sacral Canal Injection Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: Clinical observation and comparison between sacral canal injection combined with fumigation and conventional conservative clinical treatment(taking nimesulide,a specific electromagnetic wave spectrum therapy instrument and electric traction),To study the efficacy of sacral canal injection combined with fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,to provide an effective and safe method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc,to alleviate the pain of the patients,to improve the quality of life and work of the patients,and to optimize the clinical treatment.To explore the clinical pathway of sacral canal injection combined with fumigation.Method: 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were screened out of 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,including 33 male patients and 27 female patients.60 patients were pre numbered(1-60),60 numbers were randomized by EXCAL random function,and randomized according to randomization.The first 30 numbers were in the treatment group(sacral tube injection and fumigation),and the latter 30 were used as the control group(NSAIDs,nnsaids,specific electromagnetic spectrum therapy apparatus and electric traction).Research.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases with sacral canal injection combined with fumigation)and control group(30 cases with Nimesulide,specific electromagnetic wave spectrum therapy and electric traction).The sex,age,height of the patients before treatment were compared between the two groups.There was no difference in body weight,course of disease,clinical symptoms and clinical signs.Sacral canal injection combined with fumigation group was treated with sacral canal injection and three days after operation with Chinese medicine fumigation for 2 weeks,twice a week.The control group was treated with oral NSAID nimesulide,special electromagnetic wave spectrum therapy and electric traction therapy for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,One month after treatment,the patients were evaluated from the degree of pain improvement(pain VAS score and clinical comprehensive efficacy(according to the criteria for the diagnosis of TCM symptoms issued by the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine).The symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in two groups were recorded,analyzed and compared,and the related data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Result:1,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in age,sex,course of disease and VAS score before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the data of two groups were comparable.2,before and after treatment in two groups,comparing VAS scores between groups of patients before and after treatment,the comparison of the functional activities of patients improved significantly reduce pain,sacral canal injection combined with fumigation and conventional conservative treatment has clinical curative effect,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3,curative effect evaluation results after treatment: in the treatment group,9 patients were cured,19 were effective,2 were invalid,the total effective rate was 93.33%.After treatment in the control group,3 patients were cured,20 were effective and 2 were invalid.The total effective rate was 76.67%.The difference between the sacral tube injection combined with the fumigation group and the conventional conservative treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The scores of VAS in the 4 and two groups were different before and after the treatment.The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in alleviating pain and improving the quality of life.5.Follow up results: 8 of the patients in the treatment group were cured,20 were effective and 2 were invalid.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,2 patients were cured,18 were effective,10 were invalid,and the total effective rate was 67.67%.There was a significant difference between sacral canal injection and fumigation treatment group compared with the conventional conservative treatment group(P < 0.05).Discussion:1.The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with sacral tube injection and fumigation has obvious curative effect,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of conventional conservative therapy(divine lamp irradiation plus traction).2,Sacral canal injection combined with fumigation and conventional conservative treatment can improve pain and life quality of patients,but sacral canal injection combined with fumigation has a good therapeutic effect and has obvious advantages in consolidating curative effect and reducing recurrence rate.3.Sacral canal injection combined with fumigation is a safe and effective treatment for patients.It can be widely applied in clinic,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
