The domestic and foreign studies show that the nurse is a high-risk occupation, and the nursing staff works in the high-risk conditions, which may damage their physical and mental health. How to recognize and handle the risks in their work will have effect on the degree of their job involvement and intention to quit-evidence. The previous researches paid little attention to the effects of the risks of nursing on the job involvement and intention to quit-evidence. The un-active duty nurse is a special nursing group in the military hospitals, and they take the great duty to provide the medical support for the officers. Therefore, the studies on the job risks, job involvement and intention to quit-evidence play an important role in promoting the level of human resources managements of this special group in the military hospitals.The contents of this study include the discussion of differences of the individual viable of the un-active duty nurse in the military hospitals in the perception of-job-related risks, job involvement and intention to quit-evidence; analytical study of the mutual influence among the perception of job-related risks, job involvement and intention to quit-evidence of the un-active duty nurse; the discussion of the intermediary role of the perception of-job-related risks to intention to quit-evidence, working job involvement as the intermediary variable. The questionnaire is conducted and put into investigation based on analyzing the documents, referring the scales and modifying them according to the actual situation of this topic. It analyzes and studies the materials by some statistical methods, such as Descriptive Statistics analysis, T test, ANOVA, Person Correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.The results of this study: (Five scales score)1. The average score of the perception of-job-related risks: 2.53±0.49The average score of job involvement: 3.40±0.45 The average score of intention to quit-evidence: 2.91±0.792. The perception of-job-related risks and intention to quit-evidence has the obviously positive correlation. The relation among the perception of-job-related risks, risk feeling and intention to quit-evidence is also positive. The risks and damage from fear of the nurse are unable to eliminate or reduce the psychological or physical damages caused by this risk, so that the nurse has the high intention to quit.3. The perception of-job-related risks and the job involvement have a significant negative correlation.4. The two dimensions of job involvement play an intermediary function in risk feelings and intention to quit-evidence. It means that the risk feeling of the un-active duty nurse may influence the intention to quit-evidence through affecting the job involvement.
