Objective:To investigate the dysmenorrhea model of Ningxin Huantong Tang of the role of writhing rats, uterine weight in rats were detected, of nitric oxide and calcium levels, plasma ketone-6-prostaglandin Fla and endothelin content and on the hot plate pain due to the analgesic effect of Ningxin Huantong Tang to treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and cold-stagnate and blood-stasis-syndrome mechanism for its scientific theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods:Rats primary dysmenorrhea manufacturing cold-stagnate and blood-stasis-syndrome stasis animal model of experimental rat writhing and twisting the incidence of rat uterine weight, uterine tissue levels of nitric oxide and calcium ions, large Rat plasma ketone-6-prostaglandin Fla and endothelin levels and the pain caused by hot plate analgesic effect of Ningxin Huantong Tang on the Hanning blood stasis treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Results: Compared with control group, rather heart side can relieve pain due to dysmenorrhea decreased oxytocin writhing in rats (P<0.01), uterine weight of rats with dysmenorrhea had no effect (P> 0.05), Ning Tang rat heart pain relief in uterine tissue levels of nitric oxide was significantly higher (P<0.05), while the calcium content decreased significantly (P<0.05); ketone-6-plasma levels of prostaglandin Fla are higher (P <0.05), endothelin decreased (P<0.05), due to the hot plate was increased pain in the pain domain (P<0.05). Conclusion:Ningxin Huantong Tang relieve the pain caused by dysmenorrhea side of oxytocin in rats significantly inhibited the writhing, dysmenorrhea rats could increase nitric oxide levels in the uterus, and reduce calcium levels, increased plasma ketone-6-prostaglandin Flαand lower ET content and increase pain thresholds in rats, these effects may be the reasons for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea pain in some mechanism.
