This study is primarily to discuss the scientific implication of Yun qi model analysis from meteorology, phenology and life science. In this article, four aspects were discussed. The first section introduces all kinds of understanding about Yun qi theory at present in order to reveal weaknees of these viewpoints. The second section not only shows us the relation among Yun qi theory and Yunqi model analysis, but also states that the pattern of Yun qi is just a way of expression. The third part is a clear expression about scientific implication of yun qi model analysis.Through this study we will find that Yun qi theory stems from the phenomenon of nature. The ancients of our country found this theory through summaring the phenomenon of nature in their pratice, and used this theory to guide their pratice. If we search after its scientific implication deeply through Meteorology, Phenology and Life science,we will find that model method is just part of the theory. In the fourth section,we will try to reveal the truth and prove the model is not reliable.Yun qi model analysis is just a way of expression. All in all, the study shows that Yun qi theory of TCM is not superstitious belief, but is of scientific implication which stems from summaring the phenomenon of nature in pratice, but model method is just part of the theory and a way of expression. The fact proves that it is not fit for practice that we usually explain meteorology and phenology just through Yun qi model analysis. This kind of understanding mislead the theory of Yun qi into superstitious realm. So, this article try to reaveal the scientific implication through meteorological and phenological methord.
