Helicobacter Pylori Infection And The Relationship Between Individual Factors And The Card Phenology Study

Objective: Under the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we probe into pathogeny and syndrome patterns of Helicobacter pylori (HP), and try to find the relationship between HP and psychological disorders. To summarize orderliness of discrimination through analyzing pertinency between HP and psychological disturbances.Methods: A general questionnaire of TCM symptom study was given to each subject of HP. cases. ch ronic stomach ailment cases were studied to exam in the age,HP infect ion, disease period and TCM typing.Compare the psychological disorders of the three groups, and then analyze the difference among syndrome patterns and psychological disturbances of HP group.Results: The prevalence of psychological disturbances in HP group differed significantly from that in control group. No correlat ion was observed between HP infection and the age of the patients (P > 0. 05) . Those who were over 41, there existed correlation between HP infection and TCM typing.Conclusion: There existed some correlation between TCM typing of chronic stomach ailment and HP infect ion, which is useful for the integrated therapy of the chronic stomach ailment. Age, gender, and symptom have some pertinency. Psychological disturbances which decide do not have obvious relationship with illness. Some diseases may aggravate psychological symptoms of HP patients.
