The Ethical Inquiry To The Basic Medical Security System Of Chongqing

As the one of hot spots and themes of"The great conference",the reform of basic medical security system was concerned by our society,because of its complex profitable correlations. Chongqing is in the period of rapid economic development and reform of the pains, on the one hand, decades of economic development of Chongqing has made brilliant achievements, based on the fruits of economic development, the basic medical security system of Chongqing has great progress; On the other hand, the adjustment of economic structure and social context of transition, resulting in many new social class, their interests are complex and their values has become more diversified. Today, under the influence ,the basic medical security system of Chongqing highlights the many problems ,such as injustice,excessive medical treat,high moral risk and honest lacking etc. This paper notes the existing problems of the basic medical security system of Chongqing by questioning experts researching documents and multi-subjects researching. On the basis of these,we find the factors which is losing ethical care. Then I give my proposals by which we can improve the basic medical security system of Chongqing. For the final target,we must enhance those relative legislations,enhance surveillance to the basic medical security system of Chongqing and so on. I hope that these acts can help us improving the basic medical security system of Chongqing.
