Medical Security System From The Perspective Of Economic Ethics

Medical security is a selection process of contenting the health needs of the masses, and promoting ethical values and social development, by the means of adjusting the economic interest groups and the health benefits of the members in the entire society. Setting up a medical security system in the basis of Chinese conditions contributes to not only effectively improving the quality of people's life, but also promoting social stability and economic development.The subject of the medical security from the perspective of economic ethics is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, in which the problem of the medical security system and the special significance of the ethical perspective are discussed. The second part is an analysis of the status quo of medical security system at home and abroad. Part III and IV are the core parts of this article, which analysed the traditional Chinese values of ethics and reflected on the plight of and the causes of the lack of ethical values in the current medical security system. It referenced to the development of medical security system overseas based on the local conditions .With the deeply analyzing the backgrounds of the modern medical security system reform, it attempted to put forward to the construction of ethical values in the city and the rural medical security system , with particular emphasis on some of the health care of vulnerable groups.Innovation lies in the article(1)under the efficient market economy ,the medical care security system should emphasis on the ethics care and social equity, so that it qualifies the acceptability on the moral and the ethical , with the public support. (2) From the angles of ethics, it examined the lack of ethical values in medical security system, and analyzed the rationality of the medical security system.
