Construction And Empirical Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Medical Professionals' Life Care Ability With The Concept Of "People-oriented"

Objective:The level of life care ability of medical professionals is an important factor affecting patients' psychological state,treatment and rehabilitation effect,and one of the important prerequisites for improving patients' satisfaction,stabilizing doctor-patient relationship,enhancing medical professionals' professional recognition and improving the service level of medical teams.However,most of the researches on life care in China are focused on nursing staff,while the whole group of medical professionals is seldom studied,and there is a lack of scientific and effective tools and reference standards for evaluating the ability of life care of medical professionals.According to the situation of our country medical professionals life care,this study first proposed clear scientific connotation of medical professionals life care ability,and further build a clear orientation,objectivity,targeted strong ability of medical professionals life care evaluation index system,and on this basis to establish corresponding questionnaire for subsequent empirical research,in order to accurately evaluate medical professionals life care ability and provides some references for the further targeted education and training,in order to improve the medical professionals life care ability and promote the development of medical and health undertakings in our country.Methods:Chapter one: the definition of life care and the analysis of its development at home and abroadThrough literature analysis and the present situation investigation,fully understand the domestic and foreign medical care ethics life practice and the development of the education activities,clear connotation of the concept of care related to life,in-depth analysis of life care in clinical medicine in our country the important role and the problems existing in the current medical education,and puts forward corresponding strategies accordingly.Chapter two: the construction of the evaluation index system of medical professionals' life care ability with the concept of "People-oriented"This research in the prophase development on the basis of life concern both at home and abroad,based on the core idea of people-oriented,through literature review,group discussion,the first step one,two,three indicators,invite experts in the field of 29 related to modify the indicators,on the basis of correlation add new index or reducing index content,determine the specific content of the indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate enquiry for experts to the weight of each index value,the delete poor consistency index,and remove the expert assignment,keep good consistency index,build a scientific evaluation index system.Chapter three: an empirical study on the evaluation index system of life care ability of medical professionalsThe three-level index of the evaluation index system of medical professionals' life care ability is transformed into the corresponding investigation questions,and then a questionnaire on the life care ability of medical professionals is constructed.The estimated sample size is 900 people.After considering the factors such as sample loss and sampling error,1050 medical staff from three Grade 3A hospitals in Chongqing were selected by hierarchical sampling method,and the reliability of the questionnaire was tested with the score results of reliability and validity.Two independent samples t test,one factor variance analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to compare the basic data of experts among the groups,and the influencing factors of life care ability of medical professionals were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.Development status of life care at home and abroadThe life care education in foreign countries started earlier and developed more mature in medical activities.A variety of care ability scales were constructed to evaluate the care ability of nursing staff.Due to the traditional culture's exclusion of the topic life and death and the complicated medical environment,the research on life care in China started relatively late and did not develop well in medical activities.The evaluation standard of caring ability mainly refers to the evaluation scale of caring ability in foreign countries.2.The result of three rounds of experts' letter in the process of constructing the evaluation index system of medical professionals' life care ability.1)All enquiry for experts to the questionnaire of familiarity with the more familiar and above level,three rounds of enquiry for questionnaire effective recovery of 100%,93.10%,100%,overall authoritative expert coefficient is 0.89,the first round of the experts on each index of mean recognition rate is 93.35%,importance assignment mean is 4.448,experts of the various indicators of the second round mean recognition rate is 94.72%,importance assignment mean is 4.546,in the two rounds of expert enquiry for experts to coordinate coefficient were statistically significant(P<0.01).2)In the multiple rounds of correspondence surveys,the first-level indicators of "humanized care" were recognized by more than 90%,and the expert assignment indicated the highest weight value,which was highly consistent with the "people-oriented" concept of this study and in line with the humanistic purpose of medical ethics.3)Building of medical workers in life care ability evaluation index system mainly includes the "respect for patients personality of independence and initiative,can satisfy the demands of patients with reasonable treatment,to meet the patient and family to physiological and psychological needs of society,the humanistic care" as the core of four level indicators,is subdivided,secondary and tertiary indicators,in turn,to 10,37.3.An empirical study on the evaluation index system of medical professionals' ability of life careThe total score of life care ability of 928 medical professionals was 174.61 ±34.41,and the items were all 4.16±0.82.The scores of four dimensions were: respecting the independence and initiative of the patient's personality 4.19 ±0.79,satisfying the patient's reasonable request for medical treatment 4.19±0.79.The reasonable physiological,psychological and social needs of the patients and their families were 4.15±0.83 and 4.12 ±0.86 respectively.It can be seen that the life care ability of medical professionals in China needs to be improved.Nature of the department and participation in life,the training of caring ability is the main factor that affects the ability of care for life.Conclusion:1.Carrying out life care education is of great significance and practical value to medical students and clinical medical professionals.Medical colleges,universities and medical educators should attach great importance to the study of medical professionals in life care education to improve the ability of medical professionals to care for their lives.2.Medical professionals caring ability evaluation index system constructed by method of comprehensive analysis three Delphi expert inquiry method and the level of form,its method is reasonable,scientific,after investigation and inspection of the evaluation index system is reliable and has strong practical application,can effectively guide the clinical practice.3.The evaluation index system of the life care ability of medical professionals constructed in this study can not only make the life care activities of medical professionals no longer empty and abstract,but also make their actions have specific contents and evidence to be relied upon.It can provide reference and reference for accurately evaluating the ability of life care of medical professionals and carrying out targeted training.It can also better standardize care behavior,improve service quality,and improve the overall service level and competitive core power of hospitals.
