1.Background:Recently, WHO announced: "Global AIDS prevalence rate has stabilized, the number of new HIV infections was declined, but AIDS is still the main causes of death all of the world, it's still the first cause of death in Africa. In 2008, there were 33.4 million HIV infections. And there were 2.7 million new HIV infections in 2008, the number of AIDS deaths was 200 million. "More than 95% global new infections were occured in the developing countries each year. The epidemic of developed countries in North America, Western Europe and Australia, has declined from the 1990s. Of these, more than 90% occurs in the 15 to 24 age group. At least half of those infections are women, under the 25 age group, young women and girls accounted for 2 / 3. In southern Africa, young women's infection rate is much higher than young men.The Asia is the fastest growing region of AIDS epidemic, because the Asian population accounts for more than half the global population, a large population base coupled with the rise in infection rates. It Will greatly speed up the AIDS pandemic. In 2009,the ministry of health and UNAIDS and the WHO had evaluated AIDS epidemic in China together.the results showed that at the end of 2009,estimated that China has survived HIV infection and the patient(HIV/AIDS) about 74 million of these.there were 10.5million AIDS pateents, it's estimated that the year 2009, new HIV infections are 4.8 million. At present, spread of HIV in Yunnan, Xinjiang, Guangxi and Sichuan mainly through the sharing of non-sterile syringes among injection drug, in central and eastern regions, main reason of infection was Single of plasma pollution in the middle of 1990s. To the whole country, transmitted through blood (mainly intravenous of drug) is still the main route of transmission of HIV infection at this stage. However, in 2007,the way of through sexual transmission has accounted for first. And more than 50% of those infected are young people whom aged 14 to 25.Students are in the period of learning, have active ideas, willing to learn and accept new knowledge. It's easy to change their attitude and proceedings, leading them vulnerable to have unprotected sex and drug abuse and other high-risk proceedingss, thus make them becoming vulnerable groups which vulnerable to HIV. High proportion of educated population of infected with HIV/AIDS increasing year by year, the majority of these infected people are infected HIV/AIDS through sexual intercourse, and it's mainly because they have multiple sexual partners. because latency period of 8-10 years of AIDS, some people entered the period of disease until several years after graduation, or in some cases no concurrent symptoms. More and more college students have sex, in which little use condom, this leading to a greatly increased risk of HIV infection of them. With the AIDS from high-risk groups spread to the general population ,college students facing a growing threat of AIDS. Strengthening guide the right sex concept of students, to prevent the students become the new groups which have a high incidence of AIDS is a priority. Therefore,to make the investigation and understanding of students on AIDS knowledge, attitudes and proceedings, in order to teach them to control AIDS, foster a correct attitude and take reasonable actions become the top priority of college students'AIDS research.2.Researh object and methodsSelect a comprehensive university where in the High incidence of AIDS in Henan Province, selected students from grade one to three of each college at the University randomly for the survey.Design of questionnaire based on research experience, referenced to the relevant literature, combined with pre-design investigation. The questionnaire included demographic situation, AIDS related knowledge, source means of AIDS knowledge, the attitude towards AIDS patients, love and sex, in the hope to learn about AIDS, the health knowledge need to learn, the impact of AIDS on students. We did the survey with online paperless method by computer. When design of the questionnaire was completed, took them into the research group server. Respondents conducted the online survey at a particular time, designated room and careful organization of investigators. To ensure the accuracy of online surveys, only respondents could use a computer to login designed questionnaire page. All investigators composed by the graduate students, and trained unified before the survey.Analysised the data what collected by statistical with frequency analysis, the weighted analysis and multiple regression analysis and others by software SPSS11.5, researched current situation of students on AIDS knowledge, attitude, proceedings and status of influencing factors.3.Research results:Make a survey of 4377 people , have a recycling of 4374 effectively survey data, the valid response rate is 99.9%.In knowledge, students have some knowledge about the three routes of transmission of AIDS , the correct rate at 95.7% to 98.7%, but less understanding of knowledge about non-transmission, correct rate at 46.2% to 97.7%. Professional, grade, age, gender, and family location are the the main facotrs of AIDS knowledge score. To gain the knowledge of AIDS are heavily dependent on television, networks, newspapers or magazines. The score of expert lectures and promotional materials what the way of knowledge about AIDS accepy is the highest. In attitude, if your relative had AIDS, 80.7% of the students answered that they will take the initiative to help; if friends had AIDS, 76.8% of the students answered that they will take the initiative to help. Gender, years of education, family residence and knowledge score about AIDS were the main factors of attitude of students towards AIDS patients. In sexual proceedings, most college students had have love acts in college , 15.5% of the students had have sex. The rate of condom use is low, most of the main purpose of the use of condoms is birth control. Professional, gender, family residence become the main factors which influence the number of college students'sexual proceedings.4.Conclusion:The survey showed that college students have some knowledge of AIDS prevention knowledge, but not comprehensive enough, it's concerned for us about their attitude to the AIDS patients and HIV-infected persons. High rate of have sex, rate of condom use is low. For different types of college students thre university should consider the effect of professional, age and family factors for health education. When set the educational content, should be emphasized different professions and gender. To carry out sexual health education among college students, promote them to establish a correct concept of sex and increase the rate of condom use.Carrying out health education should be direct different types of target groups and implement differentiation strategy.
