Objective:To observe the mentor application of loquat Qingfei drink and pay Yasumaru fill umbilical treatment of acne vulgaris clinical efficacy, and by studying patients with psoriasis vulgaris serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2) levels were observed loquat QingPulmonary drink and fill in umbilical cross Yasumaru androgen therapy on the effects of male hormones in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris role.Methods:120 patients with pulmonary blood-heat syndrome of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group loquat Qingfei decoction taken orally, with the application of cross-Yasumaru fill umbilical cord treatment in the control group loquat Qingfei decoction taken orally.Using PASI was observed and recorded before treatment, treatment and after treatment, red papules, nodules and other lesions changes.Detected by radioimmunoassay treatment group,30 patients (men and women of 15), healthy controls and 15 cases (8 males and 8 females) serum testosterone (T), and estradiol (E2) levels before and after treatment.Results:The cure rate in treatment group 36.67%,21.67% in control group, the total effective treatment group,95% of the control group,86.67%, the treatment group compared with the control group, there are significant differences in the treatment group more effective than the control group.Pre-treatment, T levels were significantly elevated compared with the normal control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); after treatment to reduce the level T, with more than before the treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the normal groupcomparison, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).The treatment group before treatment E2 levels were significantly low compared with the normal control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); elevated levels of E2 after treatment, with statistically significant compared with before treatment (P<0.05), but with normalgroup, no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:The loquat Qingfei drink and cross-Yasumaru fill umbilical treatment of acne vulgaris curative effect, the mechanism may play a role inhibiting sebaceous gland secretion, inhibit pilosebaceous unit of microbial growth, regulating endocrine, inhibit hair follicle sebaceous glands and other related hyperkeratosis.
