Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Associated With Hyperlipemia By Jiangzhuotiaozhi Prescription

Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. Methods 60 Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia were randomly classified into two groups, in treated group patient(n=30)were treated by Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription and in control group patient (n=30) were treated by Xuezhikang, two-month was a course of treatment. Result Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription could ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patients obviously, the difference was significant compared to the control group (P< 0.05);Meantime, the Patients'blood sugar, GHbAlc, blood fat abated obviously compared to the treatment before the insulin sensitivity index rose,the insulin resistance and the function of theβcell of the islet abated;So that leave Atheroselerosis; the majority of hemorheology improved after treatment by Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription, which ameliorate peripheral circulation and prevent forming thrombosis.Besides these, Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription also decrease blood pressure and body mass index.Conclusion Jiangzhuotiaozhi prescription has sure curative effected intreating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
