Clinical Study On Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Associated With Hyperlipemia

Object:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin in treating type 2 Diabetes Mellitus associated with Hyperlipemia. Methods:60 Patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus associated with Hyperlipemia were randomly classified into two groups, in treated group patient(n=30) were treated by Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin and in control group patient(n=30) were treated by Tiaozhipian,two-month was a course of treatment. Result:Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin could ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the Patients obviously,the difference was Significant compared to the control group (P<0.05): Meantime,the Patients'FPG,GHbAlc,blood fat abated obviously compared to the treatment before,the insulin sensitivity index(ISI)rose, the insulin Resistance and the function of the P cell of the islet abated. The majority of hemorheology improved after treatment by Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin,which ameliorate peripheral circulation and Prevent forming thrombosis. Besides these,Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin also decrease blood Pressure and body mass index (BMI). Conclusion:Shiweijiangtangtiaozhiyin has sure curative effected in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyPerliPemia.lt is worth studying deeply and developing further.
