| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Jiangtang Tiaozhi prescription in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertriglyceridemia by tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,removing phlegm and removing turbidityMethods: Will be included in the standard of 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertriglyceridemia to random parallel control methods are divided into two groups,each 30 cases and control group in the general treatment with metformin hydrochloride,acarbose tablets,on the basis of the control scheme to add in the trial group,hypoglycemic tiaozhi party,8 weeks treatment,blood sugar were observed before and after treatment of 2 groups of patients(FPG,2h PG,Hb A1c),triglycerides(TG)levels,body weight index(BMI)and TCM symptoms of grading the change of the integral,and the related test results using statistical methods for analysis.Results: After 8 weeks of clinical observation,30 cases were observed in the experimental group and the control group,and the efficacy indexes(FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,TG,TCM syndrome score)in the two groups were improved.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01)was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group.The effect of TCM syndromes in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The comparison of BMI between the two groups was not statistically significant,which may be related to the short observation period.Conclusion: Jiangtang Tiaozhi prescription is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertriglyceridemia by nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,removing phlegm and removing turbidity,which is worth further study. |
