Clinical Studies On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Danqi Yi Yuan Tang

Objective:In this topic,the randomized controlled clinical trials were used to observe the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Danqi Yi Yuan Tang,in order to find an effective way to the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine.Method:The topics was studied using randomized controlled experimental design from 60 patients who were divided into two groups to meet the inclusive criteria for diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Both groups have the same basic treatment. The treatment group of 30 patients was given Danqi Yi Yuan Tang treatment,The control group of 30 patients was given Mikebao treatment. Both groups were treated for more than a month as a course of treatment. Based on the clinical symptoms and signs, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, nerve conductive velocity before and after the treatment, an observation was made to show their various indicators in patients.Results:This study showes that Danqi Yi Yuan Tang can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the level of nitric oxide in blood, increase the pathological nerve conduction velocity. Its comprehensive effect is better than the methycobal group.Conclusions:With Danqi Yi Yuan Tang,the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have a better result and achieve its purpose.
