Objective:Adopting the clinical randomized case control study method,simultaneously using traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern inspection including testing technology,by observing clinical efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients who with breathing deficiency and blood stasis that have treated through Yi Qi Tong Luo Tang Decoction,to provide effective medicine and cure method for diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of Diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)were given Yi Qi Tong Luo Tang each morning and afternoon for 12 weeks additionally,and all patients will use the basic treatment of blood pressure,blood sugar control in the normal range,after the control group to mobalt ammonium tablets 500ug,oral,three times a day.To evaluate the efficacy and safety evaluation in the method of comparing the two groups'before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,blood glucose,blood lipids,blood rheology,neurophysiology and other indicators of differences.Results:60 cases of Diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups.After the treatment,?"Treatment group" total effective rate was 76.60%,while "control group" was 50.00%in efficacy in clinical symptom,P<0.05 in the chi-square test,Indicating that the "treatment group" is superior to the "control group".?In both the symptoms and points of the two groups have improved before and after treatment."Treatment group" P<0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,comparison between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,"treatment group" more effective than the "control group".?compare the sensory conduction velocity of left and right common peroneal nerve,left and right tibial nerve,"Treatment group" P<0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,comparison between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,"treatment group" more effective than the "control group",compare the sensory conduction velocity of the two nerves of the left and the right peroneal superficial nerve,"Treatment group" P>0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,comparison between the two groups after treatment P>0.05,results indicate that in improving the sensory conduction velocity of the two groups of similar efficacy.?compare the whole blood low shear reduction viscosity,high blood viscosity reduction of whole blood,plasma viscosity in hemorheology,"Treatment group" P<0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,comparison between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,"treatment group" more effective than the "control group".compare the erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte deformation index,"Treatment group" P>0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,compared before and after treatment of both two groups P>0.05,results indicate that in improving the red blood cell aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index of the two groups of similar efficacy.?compare the cholesterol and low density lipoprotein of blood lipids,"Treatment group" P<0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,comparison between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,"treatment group" more effective than the"control group",compare the high density lipoprotein,triglyceride,"Treatment group" P>0.05,"Control group" P>0.05,compared before and after treatment of both two groups P>0.05,Indicating that in improving the high-density lipoprotein and triglycerides in the two groups of similar efficacy.? safety comparison:all cases in the course of treatment were not found adverse events.General physical examination,blood urine manure routine,ECG,liver and kidney function tests were no abnormalities.Conclusion:Yi Qi Tong Luo Tang and cobalt ammonium combination treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ASDP can significantly improve the patient's clinical syndrome efficacy,symptoms and disease points;Yi Qi Tong Luo Tang can improve the nerve conduction velocity,hemorheology,blood lipids and other indicators in Western medical testing indicators.It has a wide range of application prospects and safe and effective and deserves further study.
