Immediately Curative Effect Of With Auricular Point Pressing With Seeds On HR/BP/ST Segment Of Angina Pectoris Caused By Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the specific relationship between auricular point heart erea and visceral heart by the research that observe the immediate effects of HR/BP/ST segment on angina pectoris(AP) caused by coronary heart disease(CHD) with auricular point pressing with seeds.Methods:According to the International Heart Institute and the Association and the World Health Organization,90 cases of AP caused by CHD had been randomly meanly divided into 3 groups of with left/right/double auricular point heart area, then respectively press the point and record HR/BP/ECG of before pressing and post 10/20/30/60/120min.at last the changes of HR/BP/ST segment were compared on every group and between the 3 groups.Results:There were no significant changes compared pre-pressing with post 10/20min on every group and between the 3 groups(P>0.05), but with post 30/60/120min, the HR/BP(systolic BP)/ST segment were significantly improved on every group(P<0.05), and the group of double auricular point was improved significantly than the single group left or right(P<0.05).Conclusion:there was certain specific linkage between auricular point heart erea and visceral heart, and the method of auricular point pressing with seeds can regulate the HR/ BP(systolic BP) on AP caused by CHD, can improve myocardial ischemia with lack of oxygen status. the group of double auricular point was better than single.
