Objective: Through the collection and collation of clinical cases, and statistical analysis was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and the TCM syndromes of unstable angina pectoris in gender, age, blood pressure,BMI,Whether there are differences in the combined disease situation(hypertension),and to explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and blood lipids in unstable angina pectoris.Method: This study collected a total of 222 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Cardiovascular ward 2-Cardiovascular ward 4)from December 2017 to January 2019.Information,TCM syndromes, and recorded all patients with triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipids The values of protein(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A(APOA),apolipoprotein B(APOB),and lipoprotein(a)(Lp(a))were analyzed and their relationship with TCM syndromes was analyzed.Results:1.In this study, the distribution of common TCM syndromes in 222 patients with unstable angina pectoris from high to low was: qi deficiency and blood stasis type > phlegm and blood stasis type > qi and yin deficiency type > heart blood stasis type.2.Comparison of general conditions :(1)there was no significant difference in gender, age and blood pressure among the syndromes groups(P > 0.05).(2)Concomitant hypertension status: There is a difference between the TCM syndromes of UA and hypertension: the maximum proportion of phlegm and blood stasis type combined with hypertension is 44.62%,which is higher than the other three syndromes, which is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)BMI level: There is a difference in the BMI level of each syndrome type: the BMI level of the phlegm and blood stasis type is higher than the other three types, which is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Blood lipids in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease:(1)The proportion of abnormal triglycerides in 222 patients was45.05%,the proportion of abnormal cholesterol was 17.57%,and the proportion of abnormal high-density lipoprotein was 16.67.%,the proportion of abnormal low-density lipoprotein was 43.69%,the proportion of abnormal apolipoprotein A was 5.41%,the proportion of abnormal apolipoprotein B was32.43%,and the proportion of abnormal lipoprotein(a)was 22.97%.The proportion of total dyslipidemia was 75.68%.(2)There was no significant difference in the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,APOA and APOB among the syndromes(P>0.05).There were differences in LDL-C level and Lp(a)level between the syndrome types: the LDL-C level of the phlegm and blood stasis type was higher than the other three types, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);Lp(a)level The Lp(a)level of Qi and Yin deficiency type was lower than that of phlegm and blood stasis type and heart blood stasis type, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The other groups were compared with P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.(3)There were no significant differences in the abnormal rates of TG,TC,HDL-C,APOA,APOB,and Lp(a)in each syndrome group;there were differences in the abnormal rate of LDL-C in each syndrome: The abnormal LDL-C rate of phlegm and blood stasis type was the highest, which was higher than the other three types, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The common TCM syndromes of 222 patients with unstable angina pectoris were:qi deficiency and blood stasis type ? phlegm and blood stasis type? qi and yin deficiency type? heart blood stasis type.2.Among the 222 TCM syndromes of patients with unstable angina pectoris, the BMI level of phlegm and blood stasis type was higher than othersyndrome types.3.Among the 222 TCM syndromes of patients with unstable angina pectoris, the LDL-C level of phlegm and blood stasis type is higher than other syndrome types;the level of Lp(a)of qi and yin deficiency type is lower than that of phlegm and blood stasis type and heart and blood stasis type.4.Among the 222 TCM syndromes of patients with unstable angina pectoris, phlegm and blood stasis type LDL-C abnormal rate is higher than other syndrome types.
