| Objective: This study is to observe the immediate effect of the ST-T segment on EKGin the inferior and lateral heart wall of the coronary heart disease and to provide objectiveevidence for optimization of clinical acupuncture or moxibustion.Method: According to the changes of EKG before pressing moxibustion treatment,60patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups named pressingmoxibustion group and Electroacupunture group, each group holds30cases.we take eachpatient’s EKG before the treatment and10mins after the treatment in both groups,thenobserve the changes of the immediate effect of the ST-T segment of EKG in each group.Results: Before and after the treatment,the T waves of Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF leads group inpressing moxibustion group made big differences (P<0.05),while the Electroacupunturegroup made significant differences(P<0.05),there were no big differences(P>0.05) betweenthe two groups; in the ST segments of Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF leads group, the pressing moxibustiongroup made no differences (P>0.05),while the Electroacupunture group made significantdifferences(P<0.05),there were big differences between the two groups (P<0.05);in the Twaves of V4、V5、V6leads group, both groups made big differences (P<0.01),and therewere big differences (P<0.01) between the two groups;in the ST segments of V4、V5、V6leads group, the pressing moxibustion group made significant difference(P<0.05),while the Electroacupunture group made big differences (P<0.05),and there were no bigdifferences (P>0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion: Both pressing moxibustioning "Lingtai" and "Shendao" Points andElectroacup-uncturing “lingtai” and “shendao” points can ameliorate the ischemia state inthe cardiac-muscles of both inferior and lateral heart wall of the angina pectoris in CHD.There existed some extent differences in treating CHD, Electroacupunture group had atrend to be superior to pressing moxibustioning group. |
