Mint Ear Seeds Of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention In Angina Pectoris Curative Effect Evaluation Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Surgery

Objective:Through On the basis of traditional ear seeds add peppermint new way to extend the effective stimulation time and enhance the stimulation intensity,curative effect of angina pectoris after PCI is used to be evaluated.It can provide objective basis for the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI and new way for improvement of ear seed material.Methods:60 patients with angina pectoris who were hospitalized and went PCI are divided into the auricular acupoint group and mint group.The auricular acupoint group received oral anti-angina medicine combines with auricular acupoint seed pressing program for intervention,while the mint group received the auricular acupoint seed pressing material modified in the auricular acupoint group and peppermint oil is added for treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of two groups of indexes before and after treatment are statistically analyzed,including heart rate variation,angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin administration,heart rate,TCM syndrome score,ECG myocardial ischemia and Seattle angina pectoris scale score.Results:1.The heart rate and heart rate variability:Compared with before treatment,heart rates in both groups are dropped,mint set of curative effect is better than the ear group,two groups of index of heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50)are increased after treatment intervention,except PNN50,mint set of heart rate variability of higher degree than ear group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome scores:The scores of TCM symptoms decline after patients were treated.Patients’ symptoms are alleviated after treatment(P<0.05).Total effective rate of mint group is 70%,which is higher than auricular acupoint group(40%).3.Nitroglycerin cessation rate and electrocardiogram efficacy:Results of two groups are almostly the same in nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and ECG changes(P>0.05).4.SAQ:Both groups’ scores of PL,AS,AF,TS and PD rise under treatment.The curative effect of the peppermint group in PL,AS,AF and TS is significantly better than that of the auricular acupoint group.Conclusion:Mint seed pressing can significantly improve the main symptoms of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis after PCI,slow down heart rate and improve heart rate variability,and has a good effect on patients with angina pectoris after PCI.
