| Objective:Observing the effect of Sini Decoction combined to resist Blood Liver Depression clinical efficacy of varicocele.Methods:40 cases of liver depression and blood stasis type varicocele were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients treated with combined resist Sini decoction water simmer in water,2 times a day; control group,20 patients with Xiaoyaosan water simmer in water,2 times a day. Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment conditions change; and record a variety of side effects after treatment.Results:After 2 months, treatment group, control group was 75%,45%, by statistical analysis, the treatment group and control group statistically significant differences (P<0.05); treatment group cases, excellent in the control group. After six months, the recurrence rate in the control, treatment and control groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined resist Sini Decoction Blood Liver Depression varicocele is effective, side effects, recurrence rate is low.
