Purpose:To analyze the risk factors of hypertension and cerebral infarction (recovery).On this basis,to explore the interrelated etiology and pathogenesis between hypertension and cerebral infarction (recovery).To provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:To arrange the TCM and modern medicine literature of hypertension and cerebral infarction (recovery).and collect the clinical information of hypertension, cerebral infarction in patients.To analyz of the related risk factors,symptoms and signs,and syndromes by using t test,chi-square test,Logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods.Combination of TCM theory.to preliminary study the interrelated etiology, pathogenesis and law syndrome between hypertension and cerebral infarction (recovery).Results:Age,gender,addicted to salty,over-eating Feigan,smoking,drinking,feeling pressure, feeling irritable,lack of exercise.snoring,as well as the innate endowment,so the family followed the way of life is to promote the formation of the risk of hypertension Factors.Hypertension can promote early age of onset of cerebral infarction. Wind and pyrophlegm prosperous Syndrome, Wind and pyrophlegm stagnation Syndrome,as well as Yin false and pneumatic Syndrome occupy a large proportion in the two groups.Conclusion:Analyze the evolution law of pathogenesis of hypertension complicated by brain infarction with "blood injuries" as the entry point.The TCM and Western medicine understandings of the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction are unified on the point of "blood damage,cerebrovascular blockage". Tips from hypertension to cerebral infarction is the process of quantitative change to qualitative change. Prevention and control of blood pressure should be started to prevent cerebral infarction. To provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
