Objective:By questioners and analysis of organization, commitment and demission will in disease prevention of Urumqi. This study tries to analyze the whole level, structure, impact factor, demission will condition and its correlation. Study to estimate function which organization commitment produces to demission will to the employee behaveoral. Method:Literature research, questioners, and personal interview used to give an in-depth research analysis in the aspect of survey object general circumstance, organization commitment with demission will to study organization commitment and leave office will circumstance of disease prevention control troops. Result:1.A point of organization commitment of disease prevention is 70.61±10.650; 2.Discover main factors influenced organize commitment of disease prevention Staff are age, educational background and title through to do single factor and much factor analysis 3.Three dimensions of the organization promises with demission will present the negative related tendency; to further study find keeping on promising is influence to leave office to incline to the most important factor by regression analytical. Conclusion:1.The level is higher and the stability is stronger in staffs of disease prevention in Urumqi.2. One of the important measures that reduce demission will of staff is increasing the level of keeping promise of disease prevention staff.3. The level of organization promises existence certain difference in personal characteristic, the governor wants to analyze the related factor that lead to demission and adopt measure to reduce the leave of demission will.4.To strengthen emotion commitment and keeping commitment of disease prevention staff, this study puts forward to some suggestions from human resource management angle. A following contents:(1)Contented the work post need of disease prevention control the person-nel;(2)Strengthen an organization communication, mold good humanities environment; (3)Excellent turn a salary of system, enhance to encourage a mechanism.
