To Study The Effect Of Fucongkaiqiao Acupuncture Used In Sensorineural Deaf-ness

Sensorineural Deaf-ness is a class of more common diseases(SND) and it have many basic clinical characteristics such as air conduction,the decreasing of bone conduction hearing,lesions in the cochlea,auditory nerve or central. "long-Deaf," "violence Deaf," "kidney essence deficiency syndrome" which named by Chinese medicine is the same disease category. so far , there is no recognized effective treatment at home and abroad for SND。In this paper, according to sensorineural hearing loss the clinical features, the auther observed the effect of the Fucong Acupuncture method on sensorineural hearing loss treatment.Object: observing the effect of the Fucong Acupuncture method on sensorineural hearing loss.Method:selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group, 44 patients, 52 ears; the control group 42 cases, 52 ears. Control group received conventional drugs to improve circulation: Shuxuening 20ml in 0.9% saline 250ml; infusion 28 days;The treatment group combined with the drugs is treated by Fucong acupuncture method that mainly acupuncture the four points arrounding the ears and the point of head combined with Chinese traditional acupoints.The main ponint:Tinggong,Yifeng,Jiaosun,Chimai,Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting。Acupuncture:The needle to the needle head acupoints 1-1.5 inch, Tinggong and Yifeng piercing needle 1 inch, Jiaosun and Chimai were performed Twist reducing method; the remaining points perpendicularly 0.8-1.5 inch。Facilities provided empirical Twist reducing method ,applied deficiency mentioned interpolation twist fill method, after the getting gas leaving pin 50 min, opearing the filling and reducing method every 10 min once a day,28-day continuous treatment。Result:1,The total effective of Treatment group is better than the control group and the difference between the treatment and control group is significant(P <0.05).2,Comedpleted with the clinic effect,the total effect of treatment group is 90.38% and the control group is 67.31%,the treatmen is signifient better than the control group.3,The result of effect relationg to deafness:The effectives of mid and moderate illness ignosed at beinging is significantly better than severe patients(P<0.05). Compared with the type of Pishenxuruo,Xinshenbujiao,the Effect of the type of Gandanfenghuoshangni is more better(P <0.05).while the type of Waiganfengre,Qizhixueyu,Tanhuoyujie have the same effective(P> 0.05). Course within two months and three months were compared to three monthes have significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Fu Cong Acupuncture method is definite when usd in SND. The mid,moderate illness and the short course recoverd well.
