Clinical Effect On Acupuncture Of Bu-Shen-Yi-Cong Method In Sudden Tinnitus

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture of bu-shen-yi-cong method in the treatment of the sudden tinnitus,and to provide acupuncture treatment and promotion with clinical reference.Method:The 60 patients who met the following two requirements:met the inclusion criteria and consulted doctors in the department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation and Otorhinolaryngology Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from September 2017 to February,2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with the random number table method,the number of cases of each group was 30.Observation group:used acupuncture of bu-shen-yi-cong method once per day,5 times a week,4 weeks was one course of treatment.Ermen(SJ21),Tinghui(GB2),Tinggong(SI19),Zhongzhu(SJ3),Waiguan(SJ5),Taixi(KI3),Xuanzhong(GB39)were the main acupoints.The control group:used hauntingwan treatment,6g once,3 times per day,4 weeks was one course of treatment.Observed the following score before the treatment,2 weeks and 4weeks after the treatment:the order of severity of the sudden tinnitus?THI?SAS?PSQI.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 92.59%,higher than 71.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's scores of the order of severity of the sudden tinnitus?THI?SAS?PSQI,were significantly better than the control group's(P<0.05).According to the result of the rate of onset of the groups,the difference was statistically significant too.Conclusion:Both acupuncture and Chinese medicine can relieve tinnitus symptoms,reduce patient anxiety,improve sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life,however,acupuncture was more effective than traditional Chinese medicine,and the therapeutic result was better than that of the control group.It had advantages such as high safety,no side effects and quick onset of action.
