A Clinical Research On Chinese Medicine (Cong Er Tong Qiao Tang) Combined Modern Medicine On Sensorineural Tinnitus

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine(Cong Er Tong Qiao Tang) on nervous tinnitus, Explore the impact effect of objective reasons, the subjective and objective acoustic characteristics of tinnitus determination, To provide objective information on the tinnitus research,and the progress of the objective study of tinnitus with Chinese medicine has higher levels.Method: Sixty outpatients(80ears) from Fujian Provincial People's Hospital in ENT were divided randomly into three guoups(treatment and conrtorlA,B).Three groups before treatment of tinnitus, as well as gender, age, disease, illness (tinnitus loudness), the syndromes distribution, hearing loss, tinnitus frequency distribution in comparison-homosexual, and comparability. Treatment was treated with Chinese medicine(Cong Er Tong Qiao Tang) and xibiling,guweisu,Group A was treated with xibiling,guweisu, Group B was treated with Cong Er Tong Qiao Tang only. Each group of 20 examples,a course of treatment is thirty days. And check symptoms and signs, medical history and asked about medication history, and do the compliance of judgement on the 16 days,and check symptoms and signs, medical history and asked about medication history, review pure-tone audiometry, tinnitus matching, fill in Tinnitus questionnaires, statistics adverse reactions on the 31 days The clinical effect was observed in the three guoups.Results: (1) The overall curative effect effectiveness of Treatment,group A and group B respectively is: 85.71%,70%and 62.5% after 30 days' treatment, the treatment group and the control group compare have statistics significance (P<0.05, P<0.05).(2) The overall curative effect effectiveness of Treatment,group A and group B respectively is: 89.26%,56.67%and 59.38% after three months' treatment, the treatment group and the control group compare have statistics significance (P<0.05, P<0.01).(3 )There is an inverse correlation between the effect of the treatment group and the tinnitus course of an illness, The worse the longer the duration effect that tinnitus patients should be treated as soon as possible.(4) The effect of three guoups is connected not obviously with the hearing barrier.(5) The effect of three guoups of 125Hz-1000Hz is better than the 2000Hz-8000Hz's(P<0.05 ) in the three groups. It also means that the effect is negatively correlated with the course.Conclusion: It is one security effective method that Chinese medicine(Cong Er Tong Qiao Tang) combined modern medicine treat nervous tinnitus,and is worth the clinical promoting application.
