The Clinical Research That Treatment Of Injection On Acupuncture Point To Diaphragm Spasm Refractory After Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective:Injection on acupuncture point for cerebrovascular disease refractory diaphragm spasm after the clinical effect of point injection on the mechanism of diaphragm spasm, for the treatment of refractory cerebral vascular spasm diaphragm to provide a new treatment methods and theoretical basis.Methods:60 cases met the inclusion criteria of refractory cerebral vascular spasm of the diaphragm were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases 30 cases. Two groups in age, sex, clinical general no significant difference. In the active treatment control group on the basis of the original disease, use of Metoclopramide conventional intramuscular injection; treatment group in the active treatment of primary disease, based on a point made within the relevant injection. The two groups were efficiency and total efficiency, onset time, clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.treatment group and 90%; control group, 40% of the total effective rate of treated group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01)2.The onset time of 2 groups were 5.8 h and 7.3 h, the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05)3.After treatment, mental state, diet, sleep symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05);Conclusion:Acupuncture point of injections cansignificantly improve diaphragm of cerebral vascular spasm refractory symptoms, improve quality of life of patients.
